Dr. Sindhu Joseph
CEO and Co-founder
Ph.D in Artificial Intelligence and an experienced research Engineer, Sindhu is the inventor of 6 US Technology patents. She has developed the core technology used in CogniCor products. Sindhu received training from Microsoft pre-incubation program in commercialization of technology in collaboration with Barcelona Activa, a public organization that prepare entrepreneurs transform an idea into a commercially viable product.
Rosh Cherian
CTO and Co-founder
Rosh is a Computer Engineer with over 10 years of experience in software product development with multinational companies in Europe and India including Telefonica R&D, Hewlett Packard, Agilent and Honeywell. He has a talent for quickly understanding technology, and champions customer focused and Quality driven product development at CogniCor.
Dr Nico Rotstein
AI Engineer
Nico is a Computer Systems Engineer and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the Universidad Nacional del Sur, Argentina. His research focus is computational argumentation and automated reasoning. His post-doc experience includes being part of a cross-disciplinary research team in UoA, Scotland, where he's been involved in projects about flexible transportation and a business-like network.

Job Description:
We are looking for a senior executive familiar with selling ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence solutions in the mid-to-enterprise market to join our growing team in our Barcelona office. In your important role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Business development experience and relationships within the Spanish and European markets
- Build and maintain strong sales pipelines and forecasts
- Penetrate organizations at the strategic decision maker level
- Interact with senior management and end-users
- Prepare and facilitate presentations, proposals and ROI for prospective customers
- Close sales, and finalize agreements with customers
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 - 7 years selling experience to mid-to-enterprise market clients
- Specialization in solution selling for the software industry
- Solution selling experience: Familiarity with the art of consultative selling and negotiating techniques.
- Must be familiar with long sales cycles (3-6 months or plus)
- Must have direct sales experience (not channel sales)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in selling any of: ERP, Accounting solutions, E-Commerce, EDI, Business Intelligence, CRM Software or other Enterprise software applications
- Must have sold SAP, Salesforce, Siebel or similar
- Experience at a VAR or Systems Integrator selling ERP, CRM, Business intelligence software
- Understanding of systems/network integration and web services a plus
- Highly adaptable work style; will be amenable to operating under stated guidelines and standards
- Must provide annual sales figures, quotas, and compensation history

As an AI Post-doc you will be responsible for:
AI technology development and insertion in CogniCor’s core services to improve performance of automated complaint resolution.
Work with the engineering team to integrate and test the services in an agile manner

Market watch for potential competitors, partners from a technology perspective.
Be abreast with the latest in the field (technology and domain)

Requirements:

Position: Senior Java Developer
Job Description:
As a Senior Developer, you will be part of an enthusiastic team that strives to engineer a revolutionary product that redefines the way large enterprises treat their customers. You will work with top clients in Europe and US and be responsible for:
Analysing requirements and developing code with high quality.
Collaborate with clients in designing and architecting solutions to client requirements.

3+ years in programming in PHP (Symfony / Java Play / Yii) , JavaScript (jQuery), CSS 3, HTML 5, and Database(mySQL).
Hands on experience in developing web portals
Experience with analytics and optimisation will be a plus
Working knowledge of git.
Conceptual knowledge of Java.
Design and architecting skills will be a plus
Experience on Mobile development will be a plus
